BIOGRAPHY OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Kofa Shamsudeen Aminu
Born in Kano State to one of the most influential families in Northern Nigeria, He received a Bachelors and Masters degree from Bayero University Kano and started his working career in 2000 as an auditor in MRS, a reputable oil company. A position he held until his retirement in 2006. With his skills and wealth of experience, he established Red Star Oil and Gas Limited, a leading upstream and downstream oil company in West Africa.
Amongst his many vital contributions to the growth and development of the Nigerian economy, he founded several other companies. Additionally, he has given key note addresses, lectures, led workshops and symposia around the world. This is evidenced by the numerous awards that have been conferred on him from the Banking, Oil & Gas and Humanitarian sectors.
His contributions extend beyond his business career to living an exemplary life, which has culminated in efforts at establishing and improving lives at the local government level of states through the projects he has solely initiated, managed and executed.

Mr. Jacobs ONOJA serves as the General Manger, Trade/Commerce and the Business Development Manager of Red Star Oil and Gas Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry, a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing and finance.
He also holds a professional certificate in preparedness and community response to Pandemics from the State University of New York, University at Albany among other professional industry certifications.
With an experience of over Twelve (12) years in the industry, Mr. Onoja has worked in different units including marketing, trade finance, marine operations and administration.
Before his sojourn to Red Star Oil and Gas Limited, he was a lecturer at the GNS department of the Lagos State Polytechnic.
Barr. O.D. Chine
(Head, Human Resources and Administration)
Diane is an astute human resource professional, who has built her experience working in various multinational and global industries including FCMG, Consulting, oil and gas for over 16 years.
Diane is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, where she obtained her LLB and LLM degrees and is equally a Chartered member of the institute of personnel Management as well as the institute of Taxation and has attended several trainings, home and abroad.
She is a well-grounded HR Generalist and has special interest in talent sourcing and retention, employee relations, performance management, and organization.
Presently she heads the HR/Admin department and provides exceptional HR/Admin support services to the business.
Ojo Adetola Oluniyi
(Chief Financial Officer)
Mr. Ojo Adetola Oluniyi is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Managing Consultant, Congruent Consulting Limited (CCL). A consulting outfit offering tax, accounting, management and financial advisory services. He is a seasoned professional with close to three decades of financial and accounting services experience. He has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the prestigious Polytechnic – Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos; Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting (First Class) from University of Lagos, Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Financial Management from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos.
He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCT). He is also an associate of Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment – United Kingdom (ACSI).
Mr. Ojo had a stint with Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC for close to two decades (after 5 years of banking experience) in various capacities; as Accountant, Senior Accountant and Treasury Manager. His specialized knowledge of banking operations, treasury operations and business process optimization most especially in a manufacturing environment is a valuable asset.
Mr. Ojo is a resource person at professional and non-professional public for a. He also provides tuition to academic and professional students and has a retinue of astute professionals who went through his tutelage and benefitted from his knowledge and experience.
Mr. Yakubu Gobir Muhammed joined the services Red Star Oil and Gas Limited as the head of operations. he brought his extensive experience in Logistics and transport Management and has demonstrated an impressive track record of developing and executing tailored solutions to optimize efficiency and service goals of his clients with the most complex challenges. he has over 20 years of experience, working with many leading multi-national Organization and apparel brands, implementing international supply chain solutions.
Prior to joining Red Star Oil and Gas Limited, he held Management positions with facing roles with industry leaders including Dangote, Fursa Logistics Limited, a sister company of Dangote Group and Park N Shop Super Market and department stores.
He is a graduate of the University of Jos with a Bachelor of Science Degree in purchasing and supply Management.
